Fulfillment Policy

1-Service Delivery

We are committed to delivering high-quality services promptly. The delivery time for our services varies based on the project’s scope and complexity. Estimated completion times will be communicated before initiating any service.

2-Payment Terms

Payments are required in full before service delivery unless a prior written agreement exists. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Additional costs or custom requests will be billed separately.

3-Late Fees

Payments not received by the due date may incur a late fee of 1% per day. Continued non-payment may result in service suspension or termination.

4-Cancellations and Rescheduling

Scheduled Services: Cancellations must be made at least 10 days in advance.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total service cost.
Rescheduling: Services can be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 30 days in advance.

5-Revisions and Changes

We offer 3 free revisions within 7 business days after service delivery. Additional revisions or significant changes beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional fees.

6-Termination Conditions

We reserve the right to terminate services if:

The customer violates our policies or terms of service.
Payment is not received within the agreed timeframe.
There is abusive or inappropriate behavior toward our staff.
Customers may also request service termination; however, any work completed up to that point will be billed accordingly.

7-Refunds and Fees

No refunds will be provided once a service has been fully delivered.
Partial refunds may be issued at our discretion for cancellations made before service completion, minus any applicable fees for work already performed.
Non-refundable fees may apply for setup, consultation, or administrative costs.
